Rating steady at 4.2 stars over last 6 months. Strong praise for views and service, with occasional food temperature concerns addressed by management.

Fantastic food, atmosphere and service! The owners have done an amazing job remodeling the old Sizzler building. It is unrecognizable from the drab outdated look of the past. This place is fresh, with great seating, pool tables, tons of TV's with a variety of sports on each and a beautiful large patio to see the gorgeous view. The restaurant is easily accessible from HWY 80 and a parking lot large enough to park an RV for a pit stop on your road trip. The food was great! Highly recommend the Fried Calamari (portion good for 2), French Dip and the Philly Cheese Steak. Definitely add the Onion Rings! Yum! Cocktail menu has something for everyone. Drinks are well balanced and refreshing. Try the Cucumber Mule! Wait staff is friendly and engaging! We were checked on several times by a few different people. Food service was speedy but not rushed. We may have just found our new favorite local spot!

Food is very good. Jalepeno poppers were delicious and the steak sandwich was just as good. Vinny provided great service. All around great experience and would definitely go back again. Please continue to provide good food, good price with fun upbeat service.

Played pool with a breathtaking view of the Auburn mountains! The scenery made the experience 👌🏽. Pool tables were smaller than usual, but the space was very clean and well-maintained. Food was good! I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich (grilled), my brother had the spicy BBQ burger. The wings were also good—but the mango habanero flavor wasn’t spicy at all, they were actually sweet. The service was excellent, especially from our server, Junior, who took great care of us. Overall, it’s a great place with nice atmosphere, good food, and a STUNNING VIEW!

The atmosphere was good and not too loud at McGuire's sports bar and restaurant in Auburn, CA. I had the fish and chips. There were four large pieces of tasty fish and hard chips that I did not care for. My husband gave me some of his fries, and they were much better. My friend got the clam chowder bowl and stated it was delicious. We split the potato skins. They were good but disappointing because they were expensive and barely stuffed at all. We will be back.
